The Font tab appears in the Properties window when you select a drawing element.
Use the topmost drop-list to select the font you want to apply to the text. You can apply a font format to the text object by selecting the text then selecting the format from this drop-list, or by selecting a new font from the drop-list and typing in new text.
Size: Select the text point size.
Use the Bold button to apply boldface formatting to the text.
Use the Italics button to italicize the text.
Kerning: Use this field to fine-tune the spacing between characters (kerning). Enter a value between -60 and 60 to decrease (negative number) or increase (positive number) the amount of spacing between each character.
Auto Kern: Select this option to set the kerning automatically.
Alignment: Select the paragraph alignment for this text. Use the buttons to apply left, center, right and full justification to your text.
Indent: Enter a value (between -99 and 99) to decrease or increase the indentation on the first line of text.
Line Spacing: Enter a value (between -99 and 99) to decrease or increase the line spacing of the text.
